we can accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay etc
| When will my order be dispatched |
Orders placed Mon-Fri will be dispatched within 2 working days pending stock availability and credit verification. If for any reason stock is unavailable or a payment has been unsuccessful we will contact you with a follow up email
| Order status |
once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation stating order successfully placed. A shipping email will follow once item has been shipped along with tracking details
| Quality & satefy |
All products are TUV approved for piece of mind. Quality control and inspections are in place to enable us to provide the best product possible
| Returns and exchanges |
Made to order or one off items are non refundable. Lips and barrels are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Felgen Haüs does not refund any postage/shipping fees. The buyer is liable for postage fees for returned items. Lips and barrels will be inspected once returned. We do not accept refunds after 5 days of customer receiving goods

Felgen Haüs follows all GOV guidelines like GDPR including latest website encryption to ensure safety
| Stock availability |
all stock is subject to availability. In the event an item is out of stock, lead times vary between 7 days to 5 weeks dependant on item sold. Generally an item showing stock is in stock but please bare in mind that some items are higher demand than others and stock availability can vary
